Great location and super value for this 2 bed, 1 1/2 bath condo. A little TLC and this will be a very cute, cozy home. Newer mechanicals - AC and water heater and reasonable condo fees. The rooms are all good sized and ready for your personal touch. Pets are allowed! This complex is close to shopping, downtown Venice and the beaches and I75 as well.
